Senior Internal Auditor

We have an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and valued Internal Audit team that delivers a diverse range of audit and assurance services.  The team also provides Internal Audit support to the Tertiary Education Commission as part of a shared services agreement.

You will take ownership for the end to end delivery of audit engagements and work closely with senior management to improve business practices. You will also work with stakeholders to help prepare audit work programmes and governance reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A professional qualification in audit or comparable experience
• A strong understanding of current risk-based audit methodologies
• Excellent relationship management skills
• A focus on client service
• First-class written and oral communication skills
• The ability to conceptualise, analyse and think creatively
