Service Centre Analyst 

Fixed term - 12 Months

We are looking for a Service Centre Analyst to join our friendly IS Client Services team.

IS Client Services is responsible for providing Service Desk support, IT asset management and professional services to all of NZQA.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•    Ensuring all service requests are resolved professionally and other IS teams are engaged as required, providing the client with a consistent level of service.
•    Ensuring opportunities to improve the value Information Services delivers are identified and championed, including identification of recurring issues.
•    Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal, keeping processes, procedures and the asset register up to date.
•    Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.

If you enjoy working in a team, can demonstrate a willingness and aptitude for learning IT, have great customer service skills, are good at building relationships and have previous service desk experience, then this is the role for you!

NZQA is accountable for managing the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, administering the secondary school assessment system, independent quality assurance of non-university education providers, qualifications recognition and standard setting for some specified unit standards.   

NZQA has a goal to be a Te Reo Māori learning organisation by 2020.
