Project Coordinator

The New Zealand Qualifications Authority is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Wellington-based Operations and Logistics business unit.

Are you able to?

  • provide administration support with attention to detail
  • support examination processes
  • provide advice and support for Examination Centre Managers
  • develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external clients through your excellent oral and written communication skills

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who is reliable, flexible, and recognises when to take action to reduce demands on others.  You will be experienced in using the Microsoft suite of applications. You will be organised, methodical, good at prioritising your work, able to work independently and have strong people skills.  

This is a fixed-term position until June 2019.
