We are looking for a Senior Operational Support Officer to join our busy Client Services team within the Quality Assurance Division.

Someone with a background in financial systems would be an advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional operational services supporting the teams within Quality Assurance

* Responding efficiently and concisely to customer queries and correspondence

* Database maintenance and management

* Co-ordinating the work of Operational Support Officers

* Creating and maintaining client relationships

* Managing the divisions work flow and client management systems.

* Anticipate and report problems and areas of risk, propose solutions to the Team Leader

If you have a demonstrated understanding of office and administration systems and procedures, highly developed organisation and prioritising skills and a courteous, professional telephone manner, then this is the role for you.
