Board Secretary/ Executive Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Board Secretary / Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive in the Office of the Chief Executive. 

This role has the responsibility for one staff member and provides effective and efficient support to the Chief Executive, the Board, its committees, and other internal groups including the Strategic Management Team. 

Key accountabilities are to manage the Board, Committees and Strategic Management team agendas, meetings, events, budgets, governance and team support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an Executive Assistant position, an understanding of Government processes and the ability to work co-operatively with staff in Ministers' Offices and other agencies. Experience in working with Boards is essential, excellent organisational, time and priority management skills are also a must have.
